Shipping policy

Most orders will ship within 5-10 business days from the date the order was placed, however during periods of heavy order volume this time could potentially increase.

We operate out of a basement!

This whole thing: designing, prototyping, manufacturing, shipping, marketing, and customer service. It all operates out of the basement of a small house in Knoxville, TN while we still work full-time jobs. We promise that we are doing our absolute best to push orders out the door as quickly as possible.
