If you buy an RXB Amp Stand for an amplifier that falls into the recommended size category, and the stand doesn't fit the amp, you'll get your money back.

RXB Amp stands are available in two different sizes: 
- Technician - Recommended for Amplifiers 14-18 inches wide.
- Engineer - Recommended for Amplifiers 20-28 inches wide.

PLEASE NOTE: Both Technician and Engineer amp stands ARE NOT recommended for amplifiers LESS THAN 12 inches wide or 8 inches deep, or those that are GREATER THAN 22 inches tall or 11 inches deep.

Stands purchased for amplifiers outside of these recommended ranges will not be covered by the guarantee. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you measure your amplifier prior to making a purchase.

We can make this promise because it is very rare that our stands won't work for an amp in the recommended size range. However, with countless manufacturers and models, issues with fitment due occasionally happen.

In the event that a customer has this issue, and requests a refund, they may be required to provide some information, including but not limited to: make and model of the amplifier, dimensions of the amplifier, and/or photos or images showing the issues with fitment.

In an effort to avoid abuse of this guarantee, multiple refund requests over time will require more proof of issues with fitment. Multiple refunds will not be given to the same customer for the same make and model of amplifier.
